By submitting you agree to be contacted by lenders in our network and to our Privacy Policy, Terms and E-Consent. HorizonLendingUSA is not a lender.
HorizonLendingUSA delivers your form — lenders in our network make loan decisions independently.
Four steps. Each one names who acts.
Choose an amount between $100 and $5,000. That number travels with your form to every lender in the network. You can adjust it before you submit.
One page covers income, banking, and contact details. There is no account to create and no documents to upload at this stage.
HorizonLendingUSA is a delivery service, not a lender. The moment you submit, your completed form is sent simultaneously to lenders in the network who serve your state.
Each lender reviews your form on their own. If one matches your profile, they respond directly — on-screen or by phone or email. HorizonLendingUSA plays no role in that decision.
How is HorizonLendingUSA paid?
Lenders in the HorizonLendingUSA network pay a fee when they receive your form. That fee — and possibly the order lenders appear in — may be affected by those commercial arrangements. You are charged nothing.
Who actually receives my information?
Lenders in the network active in your state receive your completed form. HorizonLendingUSA may also share your information with third-party companies as described in its Privacy Policy. You can request details at any time by contacting info@horizonlendingusa.com.
What happens if no lender responds?
Not every submission results in a match. Lender availability varies by state, requested amount, income, and other factors. If no lender responds, your form still reached the network — you are free to explore other options at no penalty.
Can I stop the process after submitting?
Submitting is not a binding agreement. If a lender responds with an offer, you may decline it. To request removal from further contact, write to info@horizonlendingusa.com or follow the opt-out process in the Privacy Policy.
Does my credit score determine whether I am matched?
HorizonLendingUSA does not screen applicants by credit score. Each lender in the network sets its own standards and conducts its own review, which may include a credit inquiry at the lender’s discretion.
Most lenders in the network look for these basics.
Straight answers to questions most sites skip.
Lenders pay HorizonLendingUSA when a connection is made. That payment may influence which lenders are shown and in what order. You are never charged, regardless of outcome.
Your form goes out to multiple lenders in the network at once. Each lender receives the same information and makes an independent decision. No one lender is favored by your submission.
HorizonLendingUSA does not approve or deny applications. Only the lender you connect with makes that call. Their offer will include rate, term, and fee details before you sign anything.
Filling out this form is not a loan agreement. You are requesting to be connected. If a lender responds, you review their full terms before deciding. You are free to decline.
This service is not available in all states. If you request a loan in a particular state where such loans are prohibited, or in a location where HorizonLendingUSA does not have an available lender, you will not be connected to a lender. Our Lending Policy has current state availability. Rates & Fees explains how rates and terms actually work once you are matched with a lender. In some cases, you may be given the option of obtaining a loan from a tribal lender. Tribal lenders are subject to tribal and certain federal laws while being immune from state law including usury caps. If you are connected to a tribal lender, please understand that the tribal lender's rates and fees may be higher than state-licensed lenders. Additionally, tribal lenders may require you to agree to resolve any disputes in a tribal jurisdiction. You are urged to read and understand the terms of any loan offered by any lender, whether tribal or state-licensed, and to reject any particular loan offer that you cannot afford to repay or that includes terms that are not acceptable to you.
The purpose of shorter duration loans is to provide the borrower temporary financial relief. Such loans are not a long-term financial solution. Persons facing serious financial difficulties should consider other alternatives or should seek out professional financial advice.
This website is not an offer to lend. HorizonLendingUSA is not a lender and does not make loan or credit decisions. HorizonLendingUSA connects interested persons with a lender from its network of approved lenders. HorizonLendingUSA does not control and is not responsible for the actions or inactions of any lender, is not an agent, representative or broker of any lender, and does not endorse any lender. HorizonLendingUSA is compensated by lenders in its network when a connection is made; this compensation may influence which lenders are presented to you and in what order, and not all lenders in the network are presented. See our Advertising Disclosure. HorizonLendingUSA's service is always free to you. Submitting a request is not a guarantee of being matched or approved.
Military Lending Act. Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents relating to extensions of consumer credit. In general, the cost of consumer credit to a covered borrower may not exceed a Military Annual Percentage Rate (MAPR) of 36 percent. This rate cap includes, as applicable: interest, fees, credit service charges, and other charges. Lenders in the HorizonLendingUSA network who extend credit to covered borrowers are required to comply with the Military Lending Act and applicable Department of Defense regulations. If you are an active-duty service member or dependent, please contact your lender for information about protections available to you under the MLA.
By submitting your information via this website, you are authorizing HorizonLendingUSA and lenders in its network to do a credit check, which may include verifying your social security number, driver license number or other identification, and a review of your creditworthiness. Credit checks are usually performed by one of the major credit bureaus such as Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, but also may include alternative credit bureaus such as Teletrack, DP Bureau or others. You also authorize HorizonLendingUSA to share your information and credit history with a network of approved lenders. See Credit Authorization.
Lender's Disclosure of Terms. The lender you are connected to will provide documents that contain all fees and rate information pertaining to the loan being offered, including any potential fees for late-payments and the rules under which you may be allowed (if permitted by applicable law) to refinance, renew or rollover your loan. Loan fees and interest rates are determined solely by the lender based on the lender's internal policies, underwriting criteria and applicable law. HorizonLendingUSA has no knowledge of or control over the loan terms offered by a lender. You are urged to read and understand the terms of any loan offered by any lender, whether tribal or state-licensed, and to reject any particular loan offer that you cannot afford to repay or that includes terms that are not acceptable to you.
Late Payments Hurt Your Credit Score. Please be aware that missing a payment or making a late payment can negatively impact your credit score. To protect yourself and your credit history, make sure you only accept loan terms that you can afford to repay. If you cannot make a payment on time, you should contact your lender immediately and discuss how to handle late payments.
